Mr Sally is Daniel Salomone—son of Michael Salomone, one of Australia’s finest Master Roasters who has been perfecting coffee roasting for over 50 years. Daniel himself has been roasting for over 20 years, the unique knowledge of his father and Melbourne coffee icon passed down from one generation to the next.
